Know your Customer (KYC) compliance is a one-time, easy and straightforward process, which will ensure that you seamlessly invest in Mutual Funds. You need a KYC to comply with the market regulator SEBI’s guidelines to follow the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).

The KYC process is not only investor friendly, but also uniform across various SEBI regulated intermediaries in the securities market such as Mutual Funds, portfolio managers, depository participants, stock brokers, venture capital funds and collective investment schemes. What this means is that with a single KYC, you can invest across asset classes and intermediaries.
